water cement ratio means weight of water /weight of
cement.the allowable ratio is between 0.4 to 0.6.so we can
use 0.5 w/c for any type of cement.

actually according to is standarad for diffrent type of
concrete we use diffrent W/C ratio. example M15 it is .4,
M20 to M25 it is .5 to .55 to get maximum result
