'Form-F' needs to be issued by the transferee
branch/unit/agent, in case of Interstate Stock transfer.
This form needs to be issued under Central Sales Tax Rules
(Rules with CST Act.)

If its branch transfer then the department may consider that
to a inter state sales where Form F does not work
