There are two ways... we can either go for gear cutting or gear manufacturing ... gear cutting can be done by milling etc whereas gear manufacturing is done by special machines like gear shaper or gear hobber ...

if you say any object having a certain mass must be on the surface of the earth due to gravity, but how come gas molecules even after having a certain mass in atm. temperature and pressure not able to stay on ground.
