Answer / vijender kumar

It is depend on the market conditions. what is the
customers needs & requirments. most of the people want to
utilize the resources at a minimum cost.behalf of the
organisation it is very importent to cost control with
average quality.this treatment will increase company's
profit at higher level.
On the other hand quality control is also very
determine.consumer is not blind, he demands for good
quality product which is purchasing by him, & he could pay
little more for it.
so atlast, customer can compromise with cost somewhere but
he can not that much compromise with the quality.

Answer / dushyant bansal

If one can provide a control on Quality, Cost and Time all
at a time then the cost can be perfectly optimised.

For the above said minimum wastage and timely completion of
work must be assured.

This can help in cost control as it can help us reduce
inventory cost.

Also labour time wastage can be reduced if all work is done
with a planned schedule. whichin turn affects the cost.

Lean production is the best method i consider to optimise
the cost.
