ftp stands for file transfer protocol, and tftp stand for trivial file transfer protocol.......
main differences b/w ftp and tftp are
: ftp uses tcp hence connection oriented and reliable but tftp
uses udp hence connectionless and unreliable....
: ftp is bidirectional .....tftp is unidirectional
: ftp uses port no: 20 & 21 , tftp uses port number 69
