while PT are used for the measurement of voltages.

PT/VT are voltage measurement.Control Tr is for supplying
power to control or auxiliary equipments which can not be
used on regular available supply.

how long will take to burst/damage for a CT when secondary in open condition? Experienced: During switchgear testing(Primary current injection test) some of the CT are in open condition, but nothing happen's why?
