ARP - its address resolution protocol.
UDP - Helps in packet transfering
ICMP - Sending echo packets
RARP - NIC to ip
TCP - Helps in transport the packets
Bootp- Helps in DHCP resolutions .
Now its very clear TCP and UDP are in Transport layer catagory
