1-Challenge to satisfy that people whom u dnt know ever
2-interaction with real world people
3-get to learn whats the prob faced by the people from company's
4-working environment
5-no proper qualification required if u have skill to speak in diplomatic way
6-know whats the professionalism
7-u got awareness in real life because u already solve the people's prob who are not aware with the things
