Hai Mr. charan kumar,
Actually the formulae is:
Range= (Actual value(mA)- LRV/Span) * 100%
Span=URV-LRV
=20mA-4mA
=16mA
So,Range=(12-4/16)*100%
=(1/2)*100%
=50%
