LT & HT SENSE MEANINGFUL ONLY PLACE OF TERMINOLOGY.
CONSIDERING PUBLIC SENSE, DOMESTIC SUPPLY (230V),440V - THE
ONLY TWO STANDARD VOLTAGE SUPPLIES IS TERMED AS LT. THE NEXT
HIGHER VOLTAGE AVAILABLE IN INDIA IS 6.6KV (6600V ).THE 6.6
KV AND ABOVE ARE TERMED HT.
UNIVERSALLY VOLTAGE LESS THAN 1000V IS TERMED AS LT WHILE
ABOVE 1000V IS HT. AS ONLY 230V,44V ARE THE ONLY LOWER
VOLTAGES AVAILABLE IN INDIA FOR DISTRIBUTION, THE BOTH ARE
