A query item comes in prepective of FM. It is like a column
of a table and the table itself in FM will be called as
Query subject and its columns as Query item. Now, the data
item is in prepective of RS or Query Studio. There the data
available under thye modekl tree is called as data items.

I have created a database "TestingDB" in MS SQL Server 2005. I have set the port properties and the Cognos Service is up. But I don't see anything in the Cognos. In the administration i have set the ODBC connection and it tested successfully.If i copy the samples to the appropriate directory then i can see the samples.But I don't know how to do the same thing with my own database "TestingDB". Overflow" in page footer. Can somebody please tell me what's max. limit. I tried with around 300 activities and page footer displayed the activities. Your help will be appriciated.
