tan delta testing is done to measure the dielectric
strength of the insulation.........n to determine whether
the insulation is in healthy condition or not.
if the new value matches with old one ,than insulation is in
healthy condition
generally value of tan delta is .007

I have a small system with two motors that are running on 380 vac, 60 hz. These motors are expensive and I usally get them from Brazil.
