WE SHOULD KNOW THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENT. FOR WHICH POSITION THEY HAVE OPENINGS, AND THEY REQUIRE CANDIDATES WITH WHAT QUALIFICATION, AND EXPERIENCE. THEN WE HAVE TO SOURCE THE SUITABLE CANDIDATES FORM PORTAL OR REFERENCE. THEN SCHEDULE THEIR INTERVIEW. BRIEF THE CANDIDATE BEFORE THE ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW ABOUT THE PROCESS HE IS GOING TO HANDLE AND ABOUT THE COMPANY AND BASIC THINGS THAT WILL BE ASKED HIM IN THE INTERVIEW.IF THE CANDIDATE IS OFFERED THEN FOLLOW UP UNTIL HE JOINS THE COMPANY.
