when the owner of the assets allows another party the right
to use his assets against same concederation is called
royalty.
According to William pickle. royality is the remuneration
payable to a person in respect of the use of an assets
weather hiread or purchased from such persons calculated by
reference to an varying with quantities produced or sold as
a results of the use of such assets
