Ambush marketing is a technique by which a company gets free
promotion by freeriding on the coattails of a major event.
Eg: Instead of paying a hefty amount to the Olympic
organisers for promotion, Nike covered the entire host city
with its banners thus converting the focus on the games
towards it.
We can often see this phenomenon during sports events when
small firms often distribute banners, caps, T-shirtsm etc
The practice in totally legal and is often used.

I am JK based trader want to supply material JK govt buying from punjab based manufacture cum supplier. I also had submitted C form to punjab based manufacture cum supplier in advance. I shall sell the entire material to JK Govt on my invoice billing. Am I entitled to get E-1 Form from Punjab based manufacture cum supplier? Because they are refuse to provide me E! form saying that you are supplying material to govt. please clear as I need E1 form.
