Equity means Equity share of a company, which is a part of total share capital of a company. equity share holder is the real owner of the company who has a right to vote in the company affairs & to share profit of company in the name of dividend. it is one of the instrument to earn extra-ordinary profit through capital appreciation, bonus shares & dividend etc.
