transformer and what is the advantages of these two.
Answer Posted / saneesh .k
THE ANSWER IS THAT , CRNO IS THE SHORTEST FORMS OF ' COLD
ROLLED GREIN ORIENTED STEEL AND IS USED IN CORE MATERIAL OF
THE TRANSFORMER .HERE THE MAGNEIC OF SUCH MATERIALS AXIS IS
ARRANGED IN STRAIGHT ( PASSAGE OF FLUX IS IN STRAIGHT ).BUT
, CRNO IS THE SHORTEST FORM OF COLD ROLLED NON-ORIENTED
STEEL USED IN MOTORS AND OTHER ROTATING MACHINES .HERE THERE
IS NO ORIENTATION OF THE MAGNETIC AXIS DUE TO CIRCULAR FORM
OF STATOR AND ROTOR STAMPINGS.
