I am having B1 visa, my company is sending to US for 3 months on B1 visa. below are my questions 1. My manger applied for L1 and if i go to US on B1, how can i attend the L1 interview 2. Do i continue in US if i get L1 visa.

Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??
I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?
