what is topologies

ans - topologies are physical structure of computer
networking architecture; is knows as topologies

there are many types of topology use in networking -
1 bus -cabel user coaxit cable use, bnc connector,thik or
thin cable coaxit

2 star -utp cabel use in star topology hub or switch use
for network connectivity connector use rj-45

3 ring= centerilized device used to connect the network

5 mest= There are several advantages to a mesh network
topology. First, it is fault tolerant; since there is no
gateway, nodes can connect to each other with no regard to
the state of the rest of the network. In addition, nodes
can create their own paths through the network because
there is no gateway computer.

One disadvantage to a mesh topology is that setup time can
be quite time consuming
