if you short the any 2phase(R,Y,B),why fuse get blown?

because it double the voltage which leeds high resistence
then the fuse should blowen of.

how circuit breaker work.. what is the operations taking place inside a circuit breaker when an overcurrent occurs... is it similar to fuse?
