Muller hinton agar is added to sterile water and
autoclaved.Thi is poured in to petri dishes to get 2 mm of
thickness under sterile conditions,These plates are stored
in refrigirater for storage.For sensitivity,make lawn
culture on media and keep antibiotic discs in radial
fashion at equal distance(not more than 6).Incubate at 37
degree centigrades for 24 hrs.So that sentivity zones
appear around the discs.Read the zone size with scale for
sensitivity.
