In my openion it is my first job in the BPO sector so i
think it is depend on the company to select good salary for
me.but if campany ask to me about my expectation so i think
it is near about 10,000 Rs per month.

What is called Team
If You join the company then what is the first thing you want to do , which you were not able to do in ur previous company ? why did you want to join the call center? why do you left your previous job? What is your greatest strength? where do you see yourself from (Ten or fifteen)years from now? If u will be the principal of a school what will u can do best for school? Take Over Means? What are your biggest weaknesses?

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap
