I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a
call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected
out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager
asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing
B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.

i think education is like a bcak bone or base i am a good
communicator and and have convincing skills so it is the
best field for me where my talents are used for the
custumer satisfaction and organaization growth.

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not.......
