and plinth area is 1900 sft. beams are 12"X12". kindly

floor finish - 1.0kn/sqm

total dead load+ live load=962.653+8.5 = 971.153kn/sqm
so per sqm load factor = 971.153 kn /sqm
you can easily convert it per sqft
