How do we determine Market Value of shares?
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
Answer / sonali
Market value of the share is the current price at which the
share is being traded in stock markets.
The market price is determined by the demand and supply
forces inthe market.
If demand for a particular stock is more than its supply
(volume of trading)then the price of the share will go up
and vise-versa.
so the market value determinants are: demand, supply,
volume and price
