there are many secondary cores in a CT (4 or 5)
some for measuring some are used for protections.
in case of special protection the accuracy class defined is
known as SPECIAL PROTECTION CLASS or PS.
the product of VA burden and ALF(accuaracy limit factor) for
such a CT is around 150.
