While installing BO Server it will ask about the languages
i.e. which languages BO will support
(chienese,English,latin etc.).The languages you choose
while installation the same languages are visible in the
link Tools --->options---->General in the Designer window

click on tool------> translator manager---> then you can change your language by using this option.
