i applied three times for M1 visa but they reject me under
214(b)and they didn't give me any reason according to you
what will be reason for rejection
also i shown enough fund and my doc are also perfect

214(b) is the criteria where they think u will be a possible
immigrant....thats y they did this..next time never say them
u want to settle in the US and dont show over affection on
the country...FUNDS N DOCUMENTS ARE SECONDARY IN THE M1
VISA! they want to check whether u will b back to your
country or not...best of luck next tym...cheers :)

thats right dont be needy to enter the usa ,, just disrespect the visa guy like you would talk to an auo wallah,,, i did this and trust me it worked

If a person want to persue a full educational coarse in us,then which visa shuld he need f1/f2/?and if the visa is rejected once,after what span of time can he try again????????
