I would like to add some more...
1. Poor requirements
2. not knowing the functional domain
3. implied business rules
4. resource management (one of the resource leaving is also
a possible risk).
The tester should raise clarifications and get them
understand to manage with the poor requirements
Knowing the domain of the application is one of the
possitive point to manage with functional testing. Business
rules will be know if a grip on the functional domain of
the application is sound. To gain both of this, a regular
KT's should be conducted.
A lead should be pro-active in a situations where a loss of
resource will not effect the process. To manage this,
backups should be planned in time.
