If the tester finds the bugs first he will send to his
T.L , T.L virifies the bug whether it is a bug or not once
he confirms that it is a bug then he sends to the developer
for resolution. This cycle goes on till the bug is closed.

when the tester finds the bug then he will create the
defect sheet and he will send that bug to
developer.developer review the bug if it is valid he send
to testing team if it is not valid then he rejected the bug
means testers error. developeres will do retesting if it is
valid then they close the bug if it is not valid then again
the same procedure.
