Hi,
Your question is wrong.
It should be CAR meeting.
CAR stands for Causal Analysis And Resolution.
Which is done to identify the mistakes being commited in
past so that we know enhancements required in the current
process and the mistakes are not repeated.

Jasbir is partly right actually.But to add on this this is
basically not to identify the mistakes but more inclined
towards to do the analysis of major ups and downs and to
find out the root cause(main reason) for that.Suppose if
more defects are getting rejected, proportionally defect
rejection rate is high then we need to do the CAR.
Please correct me i f I m wrong.
