I have worked with so and so company for three years.
During that time I have achieved all of the goals I set
myself and I have enjoyed every minute. Now however my
aspirations extend beyond those of organization. I would
like to tackle a new challenge in a different environment.

HI im Sagar,what is my problem is i did my B,com in 1999 and after that i was planning todo MBA but unfortunately b'caz of some family problems i entered in business but in my mind and also my desire is to work in corporate office,but i got a long gap and my business is also wind up and i asked many of my friends about my dream they suggested me to work in BPO's or in call center's but now they are asking age limit?i dont know what i want to do?im in confussion mind please anybody give me solution for this i will be greatful to you?

Diff b/n callcentre and bpo? u have done bca then why do u want job in bpo? what is bpo?

HR: If you get a Opportunity to go with a reputed company which is ready to pay more than what we r going to pay here. Will you quite the job from here or what? This is the common question used to ask by every HR. Obviously everyone will has to say YES but unfortunately for the hell shake we to need to say NO so give me a correct and positive answer.
