Step 1. I will take the dates and will check the availability.
Step 2. Then i will offer the tariff.
Step 3. If guest request any discount i will offer how much i have permission to give at leas. Otherwise i will forward to take all the necessary details from the guest.
Step 4. And will suggest him to deposit some advance for the booking confirmation from our end, other wise it will listed for waiting.
Step 5. At the end i will forward our bank details to the guest and will send a confirmation msg after receiving the amount from the guest and will note it down in the reservation register and on the system.
