Cause: A value specified for a command line option was not
within the accepted range. For example,, the range for the
MAXOPENCURSORS option is 5 to 256. If a value outside the
range is specified, the message is triggered.
Action: See the Programmer's Guide to the Oracle
Precompilers for the ranges that option values can take.
