roles are group of previlages.
for example say there are 100 clerks in the company.they
all need some privilages to do their work.instead of
granting each clerk all the privilages,we create a role
called clerk and assign it to all 100 employees.in this way
we need to assign only a role to all the 100 employees
instead of granting all the privilages that belong to a
role clerk to each of the hundred employees.similarly if we
need to revoke or grant additional privilages to clerk we
can d0 that just by granting it or revokng it from the role
instead of doing it from or to 100 employees.
advantages:easier to use and maintain the privelages.
