We are not getting build in mail, however we get the Test
Request mail that build is ready for QA and the location of
the build from where to extract.

We'll receive a build through mail and also a to do will
fire to our dashboard that developers have given a build.
So, we can know from both ways in our company.

>> Generally mail is not secured to send builds in any organization.The mail can be decrypted by the any user.
>>so that purpose we have central repositories in the company so that any new build is ready then the development team members are placed in the repository.
>>so that it can easy to access and also it provides the authentication.

In Our organization, We received Build notification email from config team, This email contains the URL of the application, the other link which contains all environment details like DB, diff server names and details of other application which linked with your testing applications. Defect are also there which comes in this build.
