hinderance?

Answer / learner
torsional strain is related to bond angle in relation to
rotation of bond and steric hinderence is related to the
size(bulky nature)of group attached and its effect on the
approaching group

Answer / p.kaviarasan
bond angle difference is there.steric hindrence would
increase the bond angle.but bond angle decreases with
increase in torsional strain.
for example, smaller cyclic compounds having larger strain.
ex:cyclopropane
Larger cyclic compounds having smaller strain.
ex: cyclohexane
