12 nautical miles (22.2km) but in ncert geography class 10 page 2 it is written that it is 12 nmi(19.2km)...can anyone explain why is it so??

Brother I have also faced this problem but then I have seen a video on YouTube on this chapter then on the video I have seen that there is clearly written that 12 nautical miles= 22.2km
