Electron microscope:-It is an instrument similar in purpose to the ordinary light microscope, but with a much grater resolving power. Instead of a beam of light of illuminate the object, a parallel beam of electrons from an electron gun is used. The object which must be in the form of a very this film of the material allows the electron beam to pass through it. AN image of the object is carried in the electron beam which is focused in electrostatic focusing system to obtain magnified image. This is received on a fluorescent screen and recorded by a camera
