Why is a man hit harder, when he falls on a paccafloor than
when he falls on sand from the same height ?
Answer / sanju
As the man falls from the height, the velocity is the same
in every case, and so is the momentum. But the feet of man
ate brought to rest in a very short time in the case of
pacca floor, whereas the feet of the man sink into the sand
in which the momentum is destroyed, the grater is the force
called into play. Hence the man is hit with a greater force
when he falls on the pace floor.
