Fitter is a person who fixes the problems in engine or equipment, does fabrication etc.

I am BITS Pilani , Mechanical Engineering graduate, with aggregate 55%........and since most of the top PSU's have 60% eligibility criteria, I don't know what to do.... Is there no way I could apply in PSUs like, NTPC, ONGC, BPCL etc ever? please reply guys!!!
