Hi good people after I have been denied the us visa 2012 for the organization conference, my best friend invited me with litter to visit her 2013 and I was also denied for that am wondering if I can still apply for us visa again .

hi!am ajel from philippines but im stay here in kuwait together with my husband. he is American who working here in kuwait. we are planning to visit state this year. together with my daughter but she is in phillipines. can we apply her visit visa in US here in kuwait US embassy even do she is in philippines.

My sister-in-law is giving birth with my first nephew and first grandchild for my parents in a few months in the US. I am a single lawyer with the government and my parents are both retired government employees. Both of my brothers are american citizens. We want to take a short vacation and also to witness my nephews' birth. My parents and I went for a visa interview recently and were denied. The consulate only asked us few questions; 1. are you the only child left in the philippines? yes sir because I work here in the philipines. 2. And both of your parents are retired? yes sir. Then he said, Unfortunately, I cannot approve your application because you fail to show strong ties in the Philippines. We intend to apply again. Just in case the consul will asked us, what changed between the time of our first interview and now, can I politely say that we were not given the chance to show our strong ties in the philippines? How soon can we apply again? Is it better for us to have separate interviews, I alone and my parents together?
I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. I am holding B2 US visa,the reason which i got the visa was to attend a religious activity taking place, i could not attend that one. I have my visa valid for another 3 months. Can i go to US just for visiting purpose. What r the documents do i need to produce at immigration check.

helllo....i was refused visa twice at delhi consulate more than 2 years back under section 214b...i was a fresh passout from my college and wasnt employed...i wanted to go to US for my national board dental exam...i was rejected in may and july 2010 respectively...now i have been invited by Ny dental department to attend a conference in november 2012 (23-28th november) and present a presentation on the topic i reseacrhed in india after my graduation...i have received the invitation letter from them as well...i have registered myself for the confernce too... right now i am employed in various aspects:- 1. I run my own private dental clinic more than 1.8 years back 2. i work for aa rotary club hospiatl as a consultant doctor 3. I work for 3 private nursing homes as an on call dental surgeon. I have attended many conferences in india relating to my profession dentistry but not overseas.. and im engaged already in march 2012 and my marriage is in january 2013.... do i have a stronger case to apply this year an as i have faced the rejection scene twice im still afraid to apply again... and do i write marital status as single in application form Ds-160 or in others box with enagaged in it. thanks...
