How we are blocking 40 kg or more pressure through only 6 kg instrument air in control valve ..

Answer / seunwole

there exists an inverse relationship between pressure (P) and the surface area (A).

Pressure=(Force/Area)
By manipulating The Force-Area Ratio we can achieve what you ask.
You only need to reduce appropriately the surface area on which the 6 Kg weight is acting to match the pressure created by the 40 Kg weight.
