the AHU (air handling units.

CFM - Cubic Feet per Minute.
It is the measure of discharge capacity (Volume).
Basically every compressor / Pneumatic equipment name plate will be having details of discharge volume in lpm (litre per min) or Cu.Meter per Min or Cubic feet per min (CFM).
Only you have to do is to convert liter - Cubic Fet - Cubic meter which ever required.
