shall i use to calibrate my HPLC system? How i can assure
my hplc detector is suitable or not?

For calibration use caffine.
And for hplc detector u calibrate the detector by make 5 lenear solution.And calculate co-relation co-officent it should not less than 0.99

While we performing wavelength accuracy we can use pyrine as a standard which having absorbable maxima at 318 nm and 333 nm
