IN civil Construction/Execution Binding wire used is of 16 to 18 gauge,
18gauge wire is mostly used and its thickness in mm is 1.02mm.
Leading manufacturer of 18 gauge wire is Tata Wiron.
Also as the gauge increases thickness reduces, so we can say 18 gauge wire will be thinner than 16 gauge wire.
