why name plate detail HP/KW rating of a motor is different from measured value

Why dont we get shock while testing for voltage with a line tester? How the bulb inside the tester glows while testing with tester coz we are totaly isolated from earth or we are not giving close path for the current to flow?

Is it reuired to use house service barcket for 31/2 core 300 Sq.mm cable,if the distance between pole & shop is around 2 mtrs only or can I hang the cable with GI support in air? upto what size of cable GI serrvice btacket is necessary?

How do I know if a transformer is saturated? I am doing the simulation of the saturation of a transformer, but what parameter tells me when a transformer is saturated? How do you calculate? is on the plate?, there is a rule that can help me? How could model? I understand the saturation occurs when the flow can no longer bind to the other winding, this is given to certain current, this current is the same that appears as the highest in the bale of features? Can we parallel lise the secondary side of the two similiar transformers with same voltage ration, imp, but with different vector groups.. ( for ex. 11 KV / 6.6KV two trfs but different vector groups can we parallelise both of them ,, what happens if we parallelise them
