well in power plants drippumps are also used to pump water back into deaerator when stem gets condensed either in GSC or it could be in HP/LP heateors.
Drain is not a part of close loop system ie either we are reusing in water (dm water system)

We have 132KV/11KV Grid connected power transformer for getting power from Grid. Can we use this transformer for sending generated power as well. I mean step up from 11KV to 132KV and transmit.
