As in RS std conc. is too low as compare to assay and to
minimize deviation in area we determine SD. as no of inj.
increases SD decreases and we get the %RSD within limit.

in assay analysis 5times for RSD,STDdev.and we inject stndard inj for Calulation for batches assay. inassay analysis we are also inject 6injectios.

In R.S by HPLC We inject 6preprations,as for ICH guide lines
in validations we prepare system precisson,intermediate precisson, method pression as6preparations.we based to this ich guideline supported data we inject 6preparations.
Those technical supotred data (6inj) show repatabulity results.
