when the base of the wall is flexible and top is free then
box type behaviour occurs

1. DIVIde the rectangular tank into 2 walls short and long
FIX end moment of both the wall will be different
2. do the moment distribution and distribute the end moments
to get equal moments on both the corners
3. now find the positive moment (center of wall )
negative moment (end of the wall )
4. NET moment = bm - moment due to tensile force
5. using f/y = m/i find the thickness
6 using ast = (bm / (lever arm * 150))
get ast
